Belgium top division team Anderlecht have made a new bid for Al-Arabi forward Imoh Ezekiel in a bid to conclude talks over his transfer before the commencement of the UEFA Champions league qualifiers.
Anderlecht made the offer via a teleconference with Al Arabi and the Qatari club immediately showed interest in the talks by asking them to up their bid and if that is done a deal will be swiftly agreed.
The deal Mowizsoccer reliably gathered will see the 21 year old join the club on a season long loan deal just the way he did with Standard Liege in the second half of last season.
Although Anderlecht are set to lose striker Alexandre Mitrovic,Ezekiel is not seen as his replacement but some reports claim Portuguese giants FC Porto wants Mitrovic and Ezekiel but will loan the Nigerian back to Anderlecht.
Ezekiel on his part has reportedly set his mind on a move to Anderlecht despite reported interest from other teams who were alerted to his availability after he revealed he is not going back to Qatar.
