Former 36 Lions midfielder Sodiq Popoola has being loaned out to Belgium second division side Seraing United once again by his French division two side Metz.
Popoola who appeared 28 times on loan for Seraing last season was loaned out alongside Ghanaian forward Kwame Nsor for the entire duration of the 2015-2016 to help them get game time following Metz relegation from the French Ligue 1.
The pint size midfielder joined the team in 2012 on a two year deal with the option of a further 4 year deal based on performance but he has so far failed to make inroads into the main team of Metz.
The 20 year old a one time Flying Eagles invitee has however been a steady performer for the second team of Metz in the last two seasons playing 12 times with a goal in his debut season and 24 times with 2 goals before his loan move to Belgium.
