Super Eagles defensive midfielder John Ogu has admitted they are under pressure to win Saturday's game against Chad as a defeat won't be the best way to start of their AFCON 2017 qualifiers.
"I must admit we are under pressure to win but that doesn't mean we are putting pressure on ourselve to win the game because with our quality we hope to win the game even though we don't know the Chadians" He told Mowizsoccer.
On the choice of Kaduna as venue for the game the Hapoel Be'er Sheva man said the turnout for the friendly game against Kaduna United means the NFF got it right choosing Kaduna as venue.
"Yesterday we played a friendly game against Kaduna United even though it was a local teamn from the turnout it clear to see the fans here love football and we hope they will come out in their numbers on Saturday to help us beat the Chadians, it's nice we are here and we will play in front of soccer crazy fans".
