STANDARD LIEGE WANTS KEHINDE TO REPLACE EZEKIEL

Belgium Europa League team Standard Liege are weighing up a move for Nigeria 21 year old forward Olarenwaju Kehinde as a replacement for on loan Nigerian Imoh Ezekiel.

Standard Liege are bracing up to the prospect of losing two of their top forwards this season in Imoh Ezekiel who although might not be returning to his parent owners Al-Arabi of Qatar his future lies elsewhere as he is reportedly a target for  other top teams in Belgium, Germany and even Turkey.

Imoh's partner De Camargo is another who will most likely leave Standard Liege for a new challenge and the team viewed Kehinde on loan from Maccabi Tel Aviv to Hapoel Afula in the Israeli second division as an alternative.

Kehinde path to the first team at Maccabi Tel Aviv appears to be blocked as the team are presently shopping for a striker abroad despite Kayode huge success on loan at Afula where he scored 20 times from 32 games hence a move away in the summer is an option for the man who has made just one appearance for Maccabi Tel Aviv since joining the team in 2012.

Already Turkish giants Besiktas are reportedly on his trail as well however his chances of joining Standard Liege is brighter as his agent Dudu Dahan has close ties with the team's in Belgium.
